Here are just a few shots from my trip to Fort Bragg yesterday for the 2008 Vibrant Living Expo so beautifully organized and hosted by Cherie Soria’s Living Light Culinary Institute.
(Yes – I am a TOTAL DORK AND GROUPIE and I ABSOLUTELY MUST have my photo taken with everyone. Get over it.)
Highlights: meeting and speaking with Kevin Gianni and his wife, Annmarie, of the Renegade Health Show . the beautiful people who create Sacred Chocolate (oh my god – go there and buy everything!!! ) . chatting with Dorit (she is absolutely charming) . listening to David Rainoshek (the brain behind Juice Feasting) and meeting Katrina . talking with and hearing Fred Bischi . always amazing to share space with Gabriel Cousens . seeing old friends like Doug Graham and Don Weaver ….and of course the F O O D ! ! !
Speaking of food…. Stephen and I are starting our own Raw Food Potlucks – the first Sunday of every month from 5 -7. here’s the invite:

Oh!! How fun!! We’ve got to have a reunion there. Maybe this coming summer. It’ll be our…5th anniverisary, or so.
who knew katrina was so tall? the last I heard of her, she was headed to Canada. Were they back to visit?

diana – it was fun! and you SHOULD be coming to raw spirit! it is a big portland reunion for me so you’ll definitely be missed! (suki, matt, joe and i will be there – all having met the same year you and i did) Katrina IS tall – and gorgeous – and yes, they live in canada. back for the festival.
tim – why, that is a great idea – and i had it myself that very day. will talk to marketing director about it asap. tomorrow perhaps.
