I’ve been incredibly busy in the past few weeks. Between so many new and returning clients (thank you!), rewriting my website (new version should go LIVE tomorrow evening), designing my new cleanse-programs for 2009 (including the already infamous and intense ‘10-Day Booty Boot Camp’!), and developing the Monday Night LIVE! @ Cafe Gratitude project, I’ve barely had time for anything else. Seriously, I think the last day Stephen and I did absolutely nothing was Thanksgiving – and even then we worked a little (prepping mailers).

Well… I would hate to jinx how things seem to be going by speaking prematurely, but I absolutely can not keep some of this stuff to myself! I need to get the word out, because I’m going to need a good turnout. Today Happy Oasis, Founder and Chief Visionary for the incredible Raw Spirit Festival, as well as author of several books (and so much more), has confirmed her appearance at a Monday Night LIVE! event! I am So looking forward to getting to know Happy and hearing her story, or whatever she decides to share with us on  Monday January 19th!

Equally wonderful is the news that the always lovely and delightful Elaina Love will be coming up to speak with us the following Monday – January 26th! I first met Elaina at the Portland Raw Foods Festival back in  2000 (I think), and have been grateful for every opportunity to cross paths with her ever since. Elaina is a professional Chef and Instructor, Lifestyle Counselor and Owner/Director of the raw food store and Pure Joy Planet. She authored the raw, vegan, living food recipe book Elaina’s Pure Joy Kitchen to share her favorite recipe creations, which have also been published internationally. (Which I bought SOLELY for the Raw Cesar Dressing recipe, and have LOVED everything else I’ve tried as well.)

Full bio’s on both of these AMAZING women will be up on the Monday Night LIVE! site a week before their scheduled events, and hopefully I’ll have figured out how to post the 5 minute phone interview by then.

Side note: Stephen and I went to pick up my ring today. (You know, my ring...) It is beautiful – I love it! Thank You Stephen!
