This week’s Monday Night LIVE! @ Cafe Gratitude was great! Elaina Love came up from the East Bay and spoke about her own personal journey through raw foods and detoxification – The first of the videos is posted below. We made a plan to co-present  at Raw Spirit Festival in Santa Barbara this June! I am SO excited!

I got so relaxed at this event that I completely forgot to take pictures!  I did remember to get my infamous cheesy group shot, so there you have it.

Laura Fox has appeared out of nowhere to save the day! I had a change in the schedule for February 9th, Lydia Kindheart asked to postpone her presentation, and I was really nervous about who I could get to fill such wonderful shoes… I was literally sitting at the computer pondering the situation, on the verge of hyperventilating, and I received an email from Laura… It just happens that she is going to be in the North Bay during the month of February and she’d LOVE to do a Monday Night LIVE! if there was a spot... I spent a day just shaking my head in amazement. So, THANK YOU Laura!
