This last weekend our friends Kevin and Annmarie Gianni of the Renegade Health Show came to spend Easter weekend with us, and to present at a Monday Night LIVE! event. They stayed with us for five days, and in those five days we had a lot of fun!

Easter Sunday I threw a potluck, and some of the coolest people I know came out to play.
Sure, Stephen and I knew they all came for Kevin and Annmarie, not us, but whatever!
The day before the potluck I was looking at the guest list and realized over half the people invited were some of the best raw chefs in California! (Pretty brilliant on my part, if I don’t say so myself!) So, yes – the food was slamming – and Kevin was so impressed with the caliber of raw celebrity-dom present that he filmed 2 of his Renegade Health episodes, interviewing John Kohler and then Rick and Karin Dina, in my back yard!

As if THAT wasn’t fun and cool enough – both he and Annmarie LOVED the onion bread that I made as one of my dishes at the potluck, so Annmarie asked ME to join her on this weeks ‘In The Kitchen’ episode of Renegade Health!

And if THAT wasn’t fun and cool enough, again, Kevin asked me to be in ANOTHER Renegade Health episode all about colon hydrotherapy! And better than that, the video includes me giving Kevin a colon therapy session! (Nothing Graphic!) Well… I was nervous, but I did it, and I actually LOVE IT!
So you bet that video is now on my website – but just in case any of you might have missed it, here it is for you now:

Poor Stephen! It’s all I can talk about… and now I want to make videos for everything!

(I feel like such a rawkstar!)

Kevin  and Annmarie had such a great time here, and at Monday Night Live, that before they left we made arrangements to have them return in July! So they’ll be back and at Cafe Gratitude on Monday July 27th (the weekend after Santa Rosa’s first ever Raw Expo – brought to us by John Kohler!). ANd that event Kevin’s presentation topic will be “How to be a Leader in the Health Field.” I’ve heard this talk, it is AMAZING!
